The program enhances the skills of selected students from the leading Hospitality institute in Trinidad – The Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute. The key objective is providing these future top chefs with better prospects for landing their first job in the hospitality industry.

The program includes:

  • CV writing, job interview tips – Supported by our internal HR team
  • Nutritional know-how led by our Nestlé in house Nutritionist Shaunell Mires
  • Practical cooking experience with recognized top Chef’s, such as Adrian Cumberbatch and Joe Brown

Our young chefs will also receive first-hand experience working in a kitchen of some of our key business partners such as Hyatt Hotel.

Launched in 13 countries across Latin America, Trinidad and Tobago still remains the only country in the English speaking Caribbean to have implemented this initiative. – An achievement which, To this day, makes us very proud.
