MILO® Football Skills Tournament

In 2018, seven participants from Trinidad and Tobago will win an all-expenses paid visit to Barcelona, Spain for a 2-day training camp with Barça coaches. They will join over 90 other youngsters ages 7 to 12, and while in Spain, will be exposed to numerous other activities including tours of Barcelona City and Camp Nou.

Both entities share core values:

  • Courage
  • Determination
  • Strength
  • Respect
  • Discipline

These are the five principal values that define the spirit of FC Barcelona. The club is also purpose driven. Their ownership via a co-operative of more than 90,000 allows them to focus on what matters most to the future of sport, rather than the bottom line. Placing purpose and values is at the heart of NESTLÉ’s business. NESTLÉ, like FCB, is driven by purpose and guided by values.

Boys and girls between the ages of seven and twelve can enter. All winners must be 12 years old or younger as at December 31st 2018.

Throughout the tournament, children will be assessed according to competence in five skillsets - passing, dribbling, composure, running and control - by the Football Factory Football Academy. The coaches decision will be final.

Over 500 children from Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados and Guyana participated in the 2017 MILO® Football Skills Tournament.

NESTLÉ and MILO® welcomes participation from as many boys and girls from Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados and Guyana as possible. May the most skillful boys and girls win!

Registration begins in April 2018.

To earn the chance to win the grand prize, kids must register and take part in the tournament which will run throughout May and June.

To register, youngsters must register online at www.nestle.tt/milofootball. As part of the registration process, a 400-gram MILO® pack must be purchased. On tournament days, participating kids must, therefore, bring along their pack of MILO® 400-gram and must also wear a white t-shirt.

Distribution of MILO® packs to less fortunate homes across T&T will be coordinated by NourishTT.
